Nolan Associates were Structural and Civil Engineers for the Dice Blocks Uxbridge constructed by Galliford Try.
This project was the latest phase of the wider regeneration at the former RAF Uxbridge base for developer St Modwen.
The project creates a 1,300-home community at the St Andrew’s Park,
The development includes 105 luxury apartments are spread over 7 blocks. Blocks are 3 or 4 storeys in loadbearing masonry. Most blocks feature a podium level transfer structure.
The building features two underground car parks created by permanent sheet piled walls. The building have piled foundations due to the poor ground.
