Calthorpe House

This development is an 8/10 storey office block, including two basement storeys. The structure is steel framed with an in-situ concrete lift core. The floor generally comprised in-situ concrete on decking, with compositely designed floor beams.

The foundations are piled using in-situ concrete rotary bored piles. The retaining wall to the base is a contiguous CFA piled wall.
