Topaz Business Park

This project comprises six two-storey office blocks of varying sizes. The structures are steel-framed, with precast concrete floors and masonry walls. The foundations are  are made up of pad bases on vibro-improved fill. An extensive  “cut and fill” exercise is required to form the finished site levels.

The external works drawing scheme incorporates an infiltration pond and soakaways.
