This development was the construction of a new warehouse and two story offices in Aston Birmingham. The site featured numerous underground basements and various plateaus. The ground was poor and the foundations were vibro compacted.
A major drainage run across the site and had to be diverted during the project. The steel faceted portal frame roof was approximately 42m span.
