This project formed the first phase of the Belgrade Plaza development in Coventry city centre. The project involved the vertical extension, up to five additional storeys, of an existing reinforced concrete MSCP. The original structure was piled and the extension required strengthening of existing pile caps by mini-piling.
The project included a new elevated connection between the second floor of the car park and the adjacent ring road.
