This mixed use development will redevelop the existing town centre of Shirley, with the construction of 20 new retail units on two levels including a new 40,000 sq ft Asda superstore, cafes and restaurants. A 500 space basement car park will be built to accommodate those driving to the new shopping centre.
Alongside the retail & leisure developments will be the construction of 205 new residential apartments. Surface level car parking will be provided for residents of these apartments.
