To our clients and staff,
Following government advice over the weekend Nolan Associates will today be closing access to the Edgbaston office until further notice. The office can only be accessed when absolutely necessary. Access will need to be made with the directors prior to visiting the office.
We have installed a number of IT procedures to ensure continuity throughout the isolation phase.
Systems to allow staff to work from home have been set up and work continues to be done. Staff will contact you, with appropriate telephone numbers for them, via email. We cannot add these to the website.
Accounting, planning and time management systems are web based and again can be accessed by all staff from home.
Meetings in the next weeks may be done by various means:
Audio Conference calls or Microsoft Teams or Zoom video conferencing.
All Associates and Directors have mobile phones and can dial in to conference calls.
Alternatively all Associates and Directors have Iphone Facetime and multi user conferencing can be set up using the instructions below.
How to place a group FaceTime call using FaceTime on iPhone and iPad
Open FaceTime on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap the + button in the upper-right corner.
Enter the name or number of a person you want to call.
Enter up to 30 additional contacts.
Tap Video or Audio to place your FaceTime call.
Site visits and meetings will continue on a ‘need to attend’ basis. Clients requiring site visits must ensure the safety of our staff and their own. Full access procedures should be sent to the directors or Associates prior to any site attendance.
Nolan Associates will keep staff informed daily via email and staff WhatsApp group.
• Updated documents issued by official bodies will be distributed to staff via email as changes occur, to keep them up to date with the current guidelines.
