This development involved the construction of a new two story office and depot in Boston, Lincolnshire. The site was in a flood zone and the ground was poor. Foundations were therefore made up of reinforced ground beams and a reinforced concrete suspended slab.
The structure was steel framed with precast concrete floors and full retention interceptors and cut off valves are featured on the foul and storm systems. The drainage featured SUDs design.
