This development involved the construction of a new two story office and garage blocks at Rotherwas Industrial Park Hereford.
The site was in flood zone and the ground was poor. Fills were imported to bring up the ground levels over 1m and cement stabilisation was used in the ground to improve ground density and strength. The structure was steel framed with precast concrete floors.
