This development involved the design of the temporary demountable grandstands used for the first European Games 2015, held in Baku, Azerbaijan.
Nolan Associates were involved in the design of the stands for the external events which were held at the existing Crystal Hall venue, ranging in height from 11.5m to 3.5m. The stands were all constructed from aluminium components, supported with baseplates onto the existing ground without the use of foundations.
