This brownfield site development is comprised of a five storey reinforced concrete frame, a four/two storey steel frame, a steel frame theatre block and a steel framed atrium that includes a theatre, dance studios, rehearsal rooms, large open break out areas, classrooms, common rooms and laboratories.
The steel frame incorporates metal deck floors and composite beams. Foundations to all parts of the development are piled adopting CFA with the pile caps and ground beams, the ground floor slab is suspended.
